Ingredients

Recipe

  1. Combine all dry ingredients with oil, water, and eggs until everything is beaten.
  2. Put tin foil or paper cupcake holders into a cupcake pan. Fill three quarters of the way full.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Do the toothpick test to make sure they are all cooked.

Icing

  1. Use a royal icing
  2. Follow dropped flower decoration instructions.

All decorative icings used are a royal icing
