Stuffed Mushrooms

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread out cleaned mushroom caps on pan.
Create mixture in a medium bowl by mixing together the breadcrumbs, chopped stems, locatelli, and garlic.
Using a tablespoon, fill each cap with breadcrumb mixture till overflowing.
Sprinkle remaining mixture all around the pan.
Drizzle the olive oil on top of each filled mushroom.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tops are lightly browned.

TIP: Chop up 1/2 cup of leftover meat such as sausage, ham, or bacon to add to the stuffing mixture; or add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar jack or swiss cheese to the stuffing mixture.
