Directions

  1. Mix flour and butter until well blended
  2. Mix yolks, milk, and heavy cream and add to flour/butter
  3. Add in yeast
  4. Divde dough into 6 parts, wrapping each in foil
  5. Refrigerate dough overnight
  6. Roll each package into a cirle on a floured board
  7. Divide nut/sugar/cinnamon mixture in 6
  8. Cover each dough on both sides with mixture
  9. Cut each circle in 8 wedges like a pie
  10. Roll up each wedge starting at wide end
  11. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrres for 25 minutes

Eggs Strata

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard
  3. Brown sausage & place in bottom of 9” x 13” greased pan (Can use any meat or seafood.)
  4. Place bread cubes in pan, top with cheddar, and pour liquid mixture over top
  5. Keep in refrigerator overnight
  6. Bake for 40-60 minutes covered and uncover for last 10 minutes
