Ingredients

for crust

• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 c flour
• ¼ lb butter

for filling

• 1 c light brown sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 2/3 c chopped pecans
• 1 T soft butter
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Make crust into 1 inch balls and press into mini-muffin tins
3. In a mixing bowl, beat filling ingredients except nuts thoroughly
4. Stir in nuts
5. Divide batter among pastry lined tins, fill half full with filling
6. Bake 30 minutes or until filling is set & pastry is light brown
