Directions
- Mix first set of ingredients with hands and shape into small balls
- Brown in frying pan
- Remove meatballs and save drippings
- Add flour to drippings and whisk well
- Cook 1 minute
- Add spices
- Slowly whisk in broth
- Whisk in sour cream
- When gravy is smooth add in meatballs
Meatballs and gravy should be chilled or frozen
To serve bring to room temperature and then bake at 400 degrees,
covered until bubbly - at least half hour for deep pans, less for shallow ones
