Christine Falls

About 2 1/2 miles east of Cougar Rock Campground (or 3 1/2 miles west of Narada Falls) on Hwy. 706 is Christine Falls. Built in the 1920s, Christine Falls Bridge spans Van Trump Creek, bringing visitors within a few feet of the waterfall.

Be Prepared:
  • Stopping your vehicle or walking on the bridge is prohibited.

  • Watch your step on tree roots and steep slopes as this overlook is situated in a forested area.

  • Wooden railings are low and overlook a steep drop, so be careful when looking over them.

What to Expect:
  • A small parking area available for vehicles on the roadside.

  • A beautiful view of Van Trump Creek's final waterfall.

  • A brief stop (appr. 10 mins.) that can be included on trips to major sites.
