First Meeting
A member of our team will meet with you and carefully listen to all of your landscape needs and concerns, offer suggestions and ideas and get a general feel for your style. He will address your wish list and discuss your long-term goals or dreams for your property. He will also work with you to establish long and short-term budgets to design within. This is the most important step in the process so we make sure to take as much time as you need. This close working relationship and open communication allows us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Your Landscape Plans
Our team will create an individualized design specific to your property. We then create scaled drawings to show everything from a landscape planting plan to drainage plans, lighting plans, re-grading plans, hardscape layout plans and many more details. We ask our customers to spend as much time and make as many revisions in this part of the process to ensure that their desires are met.

Your Plan In Action
This is when the drawings come to life. In partnership with Olivia Rose Landscape Contractors, Inc. and other talented contractors, such as Clearwater Pools, we can handle your entire project so you will have only one single point of responsibility, giving you the peace of mind that everything is being handled.

Our Guarantee
Poolscapes Landscape Design, along with Olivia Rose Landscape Contractors, Inc., has an unconditional one-year warranty on plants and a three-year structural warranty on all of our construction work. On average, we work with our clients over a seven-year period of time. We believe in making a long-term commitment to our work.
