Changing Your Address

Call the DMV Call Center at 1-800-DIAL-DMV (800-342-5368)

There is no charge to change your address unless you request a new license with the updated information.

Costs for new documents:

• $10 - to order a new driver license or learner permit.
• $8 - to order a four-year or eight-year non-driver photo ID card.
• $6.50 - to order a 10-year non-driver photo ID card.
• $3 - to order each registration document.

To update Registration or Title information, you must use form MV-232 or call the DMV Call Center (1-800-DIAL-DMV).
Changing your address when you renew or replace your license does not update registration and title.
