The mission of the Oakwood Heights Homeowners Association (OHHA) is to preserve Oakwood Heights as one of the loveliest areas in Mount Vernon, New York. When we work together, we can keep it that way and help to make it even better. We are also a voice for the neighborhood with the City of Mount Vernon and other governing bodies and institutions, such as the Board of Education. As a part of the City, we work with other neighborhood and tenant groups in matters that affect all of us. The OHHA was founded in 1963.
The Oakwood Heights Homeowners Association includes the approximately 250 homes on the 13 streets in the area bounded by North Columbus, East Lincoln and Lorraine Avenues. Interior residents live on Willard, East Prospect, Hudson, East Sidney, Esplanade, Mersereau, Darwood, Magnolia, Sycamore, and Oakwood.
