Andrew is an expert at teaching beginner's yoga. He makes sure that all students learn asanas perfectly.
Babaji is an expert at all levels of yoga, meditation and kirtan (chanting). We are very lucky to have him on the teaching staff.
Jennifer is an expert at teaching senior yoga. Her approach is gentle. She makes sure that every student learns the asanas the right way.
Liz is really great with kids. Starting yoga at an early age sets discipline and healthy life style into the future. Kids enjoy taking classes with Liz.
