About the Teacher

My name is Ms. Livshits. This is my seventh year of teaching. I received my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from New York University. I have a Masters Degree in Special Education from Hunter College.

My vision is to encourage each child in my class to acquire the academic, social, and emotional skills necessary to reach his or her highest potential. I provide your child with differentiated instruction to meet their individual goals. The Paraprofessionals, service providers and I work closely to provide each child with as much academic and emotional support as needed.
